Any physical or legal person registered, in the manner set by the legislation, as a subject of entrepreneurial activity of the Republic of Moldova shall be considered resident of the free zone, hereinafter named as resident.
The selection of residents shall be implemented by the Administration on a contest basis, taking into consideration the amount and character of foreseen investments, the necessity of creation of a zone’s productive and non-productive infrastructure, the maintenance of the free zone oriented to fabrication of the industrial production for export, the free territory and land plots, the ensuring with workforce, water, energetic resources and other criteria.

The following types of activity can be carried out in the free zone:
a) industrial production of goods for export;
b) sorting, packaging, labeling and other similar operations with goods transited through the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova;
b1) exterior commercial activity
c) other auxiliary types of activity, as public service, warehousing activity, constructions, catering etc., necessary for carrying out the activities indicated in items a) and b).

    The competition candidates submit the competition proposals at the Administration headquartersthat include:
-    the application form, addressed to General Administrator, regarding admission to the selection competition;
-    in case of the victory is requested the copy of registration certificate as subject of entrepreneurial activity in Moldova, issued by the State Registration Chamber of the Informational Technologies Department or a guaranty letter regarding the creation and registration of the respective juridical entity;
-    the copy of the document proving the payment of the participation due;
-    investment project or the business plan for 2-3 years of activity, taking into account activity in FREE ZONE condition;

General Dues

• The due for participation at the competition  400 Euro 
• Resident registration due  600 Euro
• The due for granting authorisation for developing types of activity (for each type of activity separately on the period of contract validity) 1000 Euro 

Zonal due (quarterly) from net sale volume

• industrial production of goods for export 0,5%-1%
• sorting, packaging, labeling and other similar operations with goods transited through the customs territory of the Republic of Moldova 1%-2%
• exterior commercial activity 1%-2%
• other auxiliary types of activity, as public service, warehousing activity, constructions, etc., 1%-2%

Rent of land (1m2 a year)

• under construction and other spaces 1-3 Euro
• asphalted territories, engineering networks 0,75-1 Euro
• Other territories  0,5-0,85 Euro
